Increased train traffic is creating a dangerous situation. Trains from Norfolk and Southern spur have blocked numerous crossings.It has blocked crossings for up to 45 minutes at times when kids are coming home from Raymer School. There are no gates or barriers to keep the children back at a safe distance.I have seen a few kids go between the cars while stopped,just a matter of time before someone is maimed or killed.also Emergency vehicles cannot get to area hospitals.Something Has to be done.This spur has never had this kind of train traffic before.

Belt St between Greenwood Ave and Navarre Ave. being used as a dirt track.Dirt Bikes ATV `s Large and small speeding up and down it.tearing up grass lawn on private property, coming within feet of house.

Mattress and other trash discarded behind garage. Was not placed there by owner.

When a Culvert was placed under Nevada St.,they used a bulldozer to to push debris and other trash out of the ditch that runs from Greenwood Ave. to Nevada St..Then they left it in a pile north of Nevada St. When ever it rains it smells like a landfill.Also a breeding ground for rats and mosquitoes.It needs to be cleaned up.People living along side of it should not have to look at this mess.

There are rats coming and going under front porch.Front porch floor has caved in.Basement walls are starting to cave in.Black mold in basement and closets,roof leaks on to ceilings.Building is unfit to live in.

This is in the back of 1711 Nevada in the alley,They use it as a dump.Needs to be cleaned up.Old mattress,old couch,weeds broken tree branches,broken glass,rats,mice and other unwanted animals.
