There is an enormous amount of oak leaves tentatively clogging drains in the 6200 and 6300 blocks of 31st Terrace North. In fact, all of Holiday Park needs street sweeping. Seems that all the oak trees have dropped their leaves in the past few days.

Southbound traffic lights are not properly located. The left turn signal is over the left thru lane, the left thru lane signal is over the right thru lane, and the right thru lane signal is over the sidewalk.

The 58th St N southbound traffic lights (left turn light plus 2 thru lights) need shifting over 3 feet to the left. It will require moving a pedestrian/right turn sign to the right. Currently, the left turn light is over a through lane and the right through lane light is over the sidewalk.

The drains at the intersection of 31st Terr & 62nd Way N will not carry the heavy rain water (see photo taken from 6261 32nd Ave N). Neither do the drains at 31st Terr & 64th St N nor the drains at 30th Ave & 64th St N. Access to our neighborhood is mostly blocked without having to drive thru deep water. Miles Creek floods which is where all the storm water dumps. Joes Creek (into which Miles Creek flows) makes matters worse when it is high tide at Cross Bayou causing Joes Creek to back up. IT ALL IS A BIG PROBLEM!!

Back yard fence is collapsing onto my property. It is being held up by my portacarpus hedge. There are nails and screws protuding that present a hazard at both ends of the fence. Also, a low concrete containment wall is falling over that is pushing the fence. The situation can best be viewed from my property at 6261 32nd Ave N.

My backdoor neighbor's fence (and concrete container wall) is collapsing onto my property. There is a swimming pool in his back yard. My neighbor does not seem anxious to repair/replace the fence anytime soon. It is also a hazard with protruding nails and screws. My portacarpus hedge is mostly holding his fence up. Please observe issue from my yard. Thanks!

There is a median in 30th Ave near 62nd St N which is hard to see at night. Reflectors et al help some, but other street lights beyond the median also makes them hard to see. It would be most helpful to have Duke install a street light on the pole adjacent to the median so to better see the median.

Ref Flooding #8495986 - Flooding also occurs at the intersection of 31st Ter N & 62 Way where it gets about 3 feet deep. When the 4 storm drains fill-up at that location and begin to back-up, water spreads about 200 feet to my home located around the corner at 6261 32nd Ave N and then onward another 75 feet or so. The photo was taken from my front porch looking toward the intersection.

6399 31st Terr N, St Petersburg, is a corner lot. The west side of the property faces 64th St N. The fence on the west side is falling and the brush on the parkway needs cutting.

The intersection about 100 yds from my property floods. The intersection is 31st Terr N and 62nd Way. The water backs all the way past my driveway. There is a storm water manhole cover at the sidewalk on my property line. The manhole cover begins to spew water 2-3 ft high and it dances in place when the flood waters begin to back-up. There is an easement on the east side of my property and the storm water pipe goes northward within the easement. Direct north, is a storm drain on 33rd ave. Is the storm waters from 33rd Ave emptying into the storm pipes and traveling to 32nd Ave causing the manhole cover to spew & dance and increasing the intersections chances to flood. I suspect this is for Engineering, but as a resident at this address for 48 years, I want to know the schematic of the storm drain about my property. Thank you.

Miles Creek is about 100 feet north of the address given.

The mowing crew recently did a good job mowing the sides of Miles Creek, however, there are still trees on the Creek's sides with low limbs that overhang the Creek and drag in the water when the Creek rises. I am requesting that the City send a crew to remove these low hanging limbs ..... a motorized stick-saw will probably work.

I contacted Duke at the phone number that you supplied and they said that the CITY must request the City street light for the existing power pole # 4657880 located on the 30th Ave N side of the property at 3001 62nd St N. Please consider a street light at that location to better illuminate the island located in the middle of 30th Ave N so it is more visible at night. It lurks in the shadows of other lights.

Vacant house with no visible address on NE corner of 31st Terr N and 64th St N over-grown yard. Can see thru gate to back yard waste high. It is a repo and the investment company might be out-of-state. Please get this eye sore cleaned up. Thank you!

A street light is needed on the 30th Ave N side of 3001 62nd St N on pole # 4657880 to better illuminate the island in the middle of 30th Ave N at that location so it can be better seen at night and to brighten the area about a nearby drainage ditch to help reduce suspicious pedestrians who walk that way after dark. This is the third request for this street light which continues to be stiff-armed due to a City-Duke LED project. Please gitter-done?? Thanks!

A new street light was requested in January 2019 on pole # 4657880 (see archived Issue # 5310089). The pole is located on 30th Ave N at the rear of property located at 3001 62nd St N. The request was forwarded by the City to Duke Energy for their consideration. I contacted Duke today (Feb 25, 2019) for an update and the customer service rep said that Duke has no record of the request. PLEASE follow-up and get some action started on this request? Thank you.

At corner of 62nd St & 31st Terr N, the lid to the storm drain has been pushed backwards about 8-10" exposing the drain so it is a danger to pets and small children.

Third request to install a street light on pole # 4657880 at 6191 30th Ave Nn
Previous requests over a year ago were deferred until Duke and City completed their plans to replace old lights with LEDs.
Light is needed to increase visibility of island in street plus to provide more security light onto an open north-south ditch which crosses under 30th Ave at that location.
