    Drainage of two large drain pipes restricted by vegetation.
    There is a large branch across the east pipe on bottom. No emergency.
    Drain runs from 18th street canal into 77 ave canal

    Twice now in the past month , month and a half, The grass on the parkway has turned brown and dies. This just happens to coincide with the spraying that is done for edging. I am only going to report this once.

    There are some trees that have fallen into canal and some that will fall soon . This needs to be reviewed as this is major drainage area. This to me is also an estuary for wild life, Hope some can take a good look and remove some of the blockage and maybe give some of other trees needed support.

    Have always been met with if officer did not see whatever happened then there is no need to send officer cause he/she cant do anything
