Street light out for over a week. Very dangerous to walk at night. Please fix as soon as possible. Thank You

Street Light at Tulane Ave and Gothem St has been out for several Months.

This issue was reported 4/20/18 and has not been fixed.
Left turn signal at Gotham St and Otay Lakes Rd. is defective. When making Left turn from Otay Lakes Rd to Gotham St after sunset, and early mornings, the left turn signal will often skip a cycle (some times 2 cycles) and the left turn traffic will be delayed. It only does this in the evenings after sunset and Yesterday, it happened at 6:45AM. This problem is a intermittent issue. It does not happen all the time! I never know when this happens! I have often stopped at the intersection way before the start of the cycle and the sensor will not detect my presence and will bypass the green left turn light. It is very annoying. I am forced to use other routes to avoid this intersection in the evenings and now in the mornings. Everything works fine during the day.

There is a city tree in my front yard that is leaning more since the rains recently and the roots on one side is bulging more above the ground. I am afraid one day, it might fall over toward the street and hurt someone or damage a car. I am requesting the city to come out and inspect it and remove it if necessary or trim it. Thanks
