The drainage canal that starts at S Plaza Trail and runs between the streets of Water Oak RD and Windsor Gate Pl is an absolute mess. It is filling up with debris and is dangerous for humans and animals alike, because it is muck like quick sand. Additionally it is a breeding ground for mosquitos. Each and every heavy rain make it worse as it no longer functions as designed. It has been years since it was last dredged and is well beyond the time to dredge and clean it again.
