  • Sidewalk Problem Acknowledged
4522 Dudley Lane Atlanta - Sandy Springs
Failure to keep sidewalk clear for pedestrians. Dangerous conditions!! This app is only allowing one photo, I have others dating back nearly a year. Besides the rocks spilling over the curb onto the sidewalk, the driveway also presents a hazard due to incomplete erosion control and construction debris allowed to roll down sidewalk. The property owner/construction manager never did leaf cleanup in the fall resulting in more hazards with piles of wet leaves on a sloping walkway. Leaf cleanup will very soon be an issue again this year, compounded by active construction debris. Please send a construction inspector to issue a stop work notice and remind contractor of their housekeeping duties.

A metal plate over a hole has slipped out of position. There’s a large gap that’s been getting worse all day. The plate is located in the westbound lane on Mt Paran between Merlendale and Forrest Lake.

Sign was damaged quite some time ago. Doesn't appear that perpetrator is coming back to fix it.

There appears to be a sinkhole growing at the site of this fire hydrant, located in the westbound lane of Mt. Paran, between 178 and 198. It's deep enough to be a hazard to vehicles and cyclists.

  • 210 Mt Paran Rd Atlanta, Ga - Sandy Springs
Pothole on eastbound lane on Mt Paran, at address 210. Looks like some kind of work was done and the asphalt patch has sunk in. Deep enough now to yank the wheel of my small vehicle, and likely a problem if not noticed by one of the many bike riders on that route.

There is construction debris and trash from the entrance to this construction site on both sides of Dudley Lane. This problem was previously reported on See-Click-Fix issue ID 1777322, and was marked closed after one day with no visible cleanup action taken. This problem has been occurring since November of last year and was pointed out to a Sandy Springs building inspector onsite last March. The trash onsite, in the right of way, and on the neighbors' properties has not been cleaned up and is attracting vermin. The erosion fence is not installed properly and the sediment is spreading from both sides of the property during rainfalls. The large stones are damaging to vehicles and are particularly hazardous to pedestrians and bicyclists. The danger will increase when The Schenck School carpool begins running this afternoon and Galloway begins next week. The problem is compounded by the overgrown shrubbery on the opposite side of the street that extends into the vehicle travel lane from the opposite direction.
