There is a very large double truncked red maple I between my house at 816 West 28th Street and the house at West 822. As a forester, I recognize dropping limbs, thin foiliage and dead limbs as signs of this magnificent trees eminent demise. It needs to removed before it crashes into a parked or moving vehicle, pedestrian with a dog or stroller, or into one of our homes. I suffered a 16 foot diameter tree loss during the 2000 ice storm that required substantial reconstruction of my home. Want to avoid this agin. Thank you.
