    Can someone please add another "no parking" sign at the entrance of Cross Fox Lane? Guests of the tennis facility continue to block our safe entry and exit when they park in that area.

    There's been a dumpster in the road impeding our view to exit Cross Fox Condos for two weeks now. All the other dumpsters are brought in but this disabled on has been in that road for two weeks straight. I called the Alta Wilde Lake office on Friday and left a message. I didn't receive a call back so I followed up today. Tamia explained that dumpsters are removed nightly but I informed her that the disabled one has been there for two weeks. I was told this afternoon that she would inform maintenance but when I came home, there's tape and cones all around the dumpster that's still in the road. Adding these extras don't help us to turn left out of the driveway. We need the dumpster moved.

    This is a follow-up to a previous request for no parking signage on Cross Fox Lane. Mr. Mercado reinstalled signs after the completion of the Wilde Lake Construction but as the tennis season approaches we're requesting additional no parking signage to eliminate confusion of those ticketed who block our driveway or decrease visibility as we enter or exit the complex. Our condo president spoke with a police officer about parking on Cross Fox across from the tennis courts and explained that they would only ticket in a few areas because we didn’t have enough “no parking” signs to make it clear where cars couldn’t park. I’m requesting two additional “no parking” signs on the light posts on Cross Fox in front of the door labeled with 5420. The other “no parking” is needed at the other end at the corner of Cross Fox and Village Center Drive so card can’t park to the corner, blocking visibility. I can send pictures tomorrow if you need them.
