    Traffic on L St NW eastbound merging onto Mass Ave NW *always* block the intersection, making traffic northbound on 11th St NW unable to get through more than three or four cars at a time. I sat on 11th St between K and L for 15 minutes. A red light camera on L St to catch this traffic would generate significant revenue for the city and prevent these backups from happening. Alternatively the green light on 11th St needs to be longer.

    There is a large "utility work ahead" sign left on the sidewalk. It appeared during utility work several weeks ago—possibly water pipe work at the intersection of Q and New Jersey, but not sure. The work was finished but the sign was never collected. Please come get it!

    There is a tree outside 451-453 Q St NW in the tree box between curb and sidewalk. Its limbs come down low enough to hit pedestrians and vehicles, and its lower limbs need to be trimmed back. Thanks!
