Multiple pot holes on north North side of intersection of 5th Ave South and 51st South

The water line was dug up weeks ago and the trench has not been filled. It not marked as a hazard. Both sides of the sidewalk. Looks like there is no water meter attached to the line

This pile was reported previously. Another pile showed up near here after I reported this one. The newer pile has been picked up but this one is still there.

People dumping wood and debris next to the dumpster. It is against my fence. I've had to replace fencing in the past due to people breaking it with their trash.

Depression in road near the manhole cover is getting larger and deeper. Especially hazardous to motorcycles.

Once again brush has been dumped in the alley. This time the pile is so large it is partially obstructing the alley. People bring trailers down this alley and dump yard debris and other junk in the alley.

This alley is used as a dumping ground. At the end of the month when tenants move out they just dump unwanted furniture and household items near a dumpster.

Several times a week trucks come down the alley and pile yard waste next to the dumpster. It's getting hard to drive down the alley and rats are living in it.

There is a pile of brush along the alley that is now home to a group of large rats. The rats can be seen day and night in the brush pile, in the alley, and on the utility wires. They are not shy.

A wire running from the utility pole in the alley to the side of the house has fallen to the ground. I think it is a phone line and there has not been an active land line phone at this address for many years. I thought about just cutting it but I don't want to leave it dangling from the pole. Please disconnect the wire at the pole if it is a phone line
