    the sidewalk plow dug up this big root. and some unidentified wires would love it if someone could come by and deal with it.

    the Red Cross does their snow removal very late at night and very loudly. they use a backhoe and dump trucks to remove the snow 3 days after the snow fall. most often they start the process at 11 pm or later. I understand that snow removal is exempt from noise ordinance but I cannot imagine that the ordinance takes into account removing a pile of plowed snow 3-4 days after the storm.
