It appears the recycling container was driven over by the garbage truck. It's precarious and doesn't stay standing up. Please replace. Thank you.

***** This is a dangerous situation...again. The alley has been in disrepair for a long time. It appears to be hollow under the asphalt. There is a large deep hole ( approximately 24" DEEP) that has sunk down. Very dangerous situation. Please assess this alley as it continues to be an issue. The small area of asphalt continues to break up. There was a recent repair to this. We were charged a $300 permit fee to go under a "PAVED" alley for electric, and this is certainly not paved. It's basically a dirt alley all the way down. The neighbors are very concerned about this.

The cover is broken off and there are sharp edges that are very dangerous. The top ends up in the alley every day. Please replace as soon as possible.
