    Repeatedly the trash cans serving this building are placed properly away from the sidewalk by the trash service. Within minutes of the service, the cans are moved to the sidewalk area (a matter of 10 feet closer) and this placement obstructs view of pedestrian and vehicle traffic for egress/ingress of alleyway.

    Multiple trash cans have been placed at the end of the alleyway leading to/from busy Lombardy St.. This positioning has resulted in hazardous ingress/egress. As of today a box spring has been positioned behind the trash cans pushing them even further into the alleyway. Two vehicles cannot exist in the pathway.

    Besides the furniture overflow, the newly placed dumpster is blocking a left turn from our garage into the alleyway. Dumpsters on either side of the alleyway (three near rear of Waffle House) are affecting egress by auto traffic and creating a health issue.
