Within minutes of the service, the cans are moved to the sidewalk area (a matter of 10 feet closer) and this placement obstructs view of pedestrian and vehicle traffic for egress/ingress of alleyway.

Alleyway/Lombardy + W Grace Richmond, Virginia - The FanMultiple trash cans have been placed at the end of the alleyway leading to/from busy Lombardy St.. This positioning has resulted in hazardous ingress/egress. As of today a box spring has been positioned behind the trash cans pushing them even further into the alleyway. Two vehicles cannot exist in the pathway.
