Hurricane Ian tree limbs and tree trash need to be picked up. All other neighbors' storm debris was picked up already, but was not picked up at my residence. Please send someone to remove this storm debris, on either side of the driveway.

The front and side yards are littered with junk furniture, such as a sofa, chairs, coffee table, large grill, assorted other pieces of furniture and/or children's playground equipment, broken basketball hoop, etc. It is awful looking, and is against code. All these items are out in the yard and displayed as if there were a room out there in the yard.

They now have a huge pile of dirt and debris, same place as the big pile of concrete was, middle of front yard. I hear them at night, arguing, cursing, a lot of F-bombs, but no one doing anything about the eyesore of their property. And still yard parking, still a dugout hole where the driveway should be. This residence is an ongoing problem and eyesore for the rest of us, who keep their yards and homes decent looking.

Their big tree on the 21st Ave N edge of property has many, many dead limbs and a lot of limbs are piled up at base of the tree.
This has created a perfect brush pile for wild animals to nest inside. This has been going on for over a year. They must be told to haul away all the dead tree limbs and branches. (And they are still parking multiple cars in the yard, even up by the house itself.)

The residents are all parking in the yard, and yard-parking is not allowed in City of St Pete. They have had their broken up driveway issues reported, and that driveway needs to be poured or whatever the construction they choose. It has been going on for a long time, and all of it, driveway and cars in the yard, is an eyesore and makes our neighborhood look ghetto.

Yard parking, either 1 or 2 cars parked up in the yard. The pile of broken concrete is still there. That was a neighbor's reported issue 2 weeks ago. They just spread out the broken concrete pieces, so that pile is not as tall, but it's all still there. Both of these issues should be rectified, yard parking & concrete eyesore.

The 54th Street North surface needs some asphault to fill holes where 54th St N meets 22nd Ave N at the Eastbound outer lane. There are potholes we hit when turning onto 54th St N.

Running an auto repair business in residential suburb neighborhood. Always a minimum of 10+ automobiles/trucks parked in and around property. Creates safety issue when traffic trying to travel up/down 55th St, so many cars parked on street. Also, they aren't licensed, paying taxes or city/county fees, by avoiding a legal commercial location. This has been an issue with this entire neighborhood, and we have all reported many times. Most active during evening and weekends. This really needs to end. Thanks so much.
  • 20th Ave N And 54th St N Saint Petersburg, Florida - Disston Heights Civic Association
Broken concrete cover on NE corner of 21st Ave No and 54th St No. There is an orange sawhorse that has been marking it for months. It needs to be replaced/repaired.

The trees on the property haven't been trimmed, and a large branch fell several months ago. It is still lying on the corner of the property, and needs to be removed, as well as checking for limbs touching electric lines.
