Rotting plywood in back by fence. Mold growing on front and side of house. Siding starting to fall down in back of house above patio. Blacktop on end of driveway in chunks. Parks cars on his yard. Large pile of branches in back for 2 years now. A mess! Used to be a real nice house for years. Not now. A homeowner that could care a less about his home.

Homeowner only mows grass when it gets a foot high. Weeds all over property. He does NOT trim the weeds down that encroach onto neighbors property. All summer long I have to pull his weeds that spill onto my flower garden. So this summer I'm just not going to plant anything! I take care of my house, he should do the same.

Bricks laying in the front yard for 3 years now. Trash all around house. This place needs cleaned up. This is at 1605 27th St. NW

Multiple deep potholes going down 26th Street NW.

While we appreciate having the back alley repaved, water started backing up into our driveway afterwards. Is there something that can be done to fix the problem? My husband dug a trench to drain some of the water out. But we never had this problem before. This alley is on comsia pl. NW. 44709

Can you please once again send a letter to this homeowner to trim his weeds down which are spilling into adjacent property. Also he cuts his grass only when it gets a foot high.

Speeders flying through stop sign at 26th nw and Ivanhoe nw. Coming from Roberts Ave apartments and Hall of fame fitness center! They are totally disregarding the 4 way stop sign! They fly through the intersection going airborne down to the apartments on Roberts Ave! Please help with this matter!

SPEEDERS!!!!! Traveling east and west bound down 26TH STREET NW!!!! From the Roberts Ave APARTMENTS!!!!! Neighbors are sick of the traffic violators!!! They fly through Ivanhoe and Myrtle ave!!!!! Going AIRBORN!!!!

Cars flying thru stop sign going west down 26th street to the hall of fame fitness center and the apartments on Roberts ave. this is an ongoing problem on our street. Please we also need the speed reader set out again.
