Trash pickup missed on Monday I left a voice mail Monday @4:30 unaware that no one is working after 4 and I wanted to give the truck time in case he was late Called on Tuesday morning was told to put the can to the curb (exactly where it has been since Monday morning at 6 am)And here it is 6pm on Tuesday and it's still sitting there full along with the whole blocks full cans.

Once again the alley had 10 inches of standing water, this has been an ongoing issue which is now even worse since THE CITY has issued another building permit, that said construction site has left a mountain of dirt in that alley that has now blocked ANY draining that we may have had! That pile has been there for months since constuction on this plot is about twice a week and then left again..at least get that dirt pile gone! I have pumped over 6000 gallons a day for the last 4 days and im still flooded the alley is a canal that extends 5 houses down Im tired and wet! Not to mention eaten up by mosquitos..

It rained last night ... one night of rain and we have 8 inches of standing water in our alley! which spills over into our yards... the neighbors behind me and myself have brought in fill dirt and yet this problem continues! If a fire truck or a power truck needed to access this alley they couldn't putting our safety in jeopardy!!! I have photos but they won't load...I've had enough...we pay taxes too and don't deserve to have been dealing with this for the past few years.... It's not a canal! Time to hit the media since the city refuses to take responsibility and fix what you messed up!

How about working on that drainage system instead of more building and more highrises, my
property has been destroyed by the flooding from the alley you supposedly fixed!!! Seriously just remove the damn alley and dig a canal back there and guess what now you are going to let someone add another building on my street which will cause even more flooding due to lack of drainage...Ive always had a little flooding since years ago you let one house in the neighborhood bring in 20 truckloads of fill dirt and they are higher than everyone on the street! My neighbors across the alley never had flooding and now even they are contending with this mess! Shame on you , you either need new engineers or just do the job right! I and my neighbors across the alley have see click fix it several times... how about I bring this to the attention of a TV station. I am literally in tears here, I dont ever dry out the once beautiful tree in my yard in dying since it stands in water most of the time!

The alley on the 77th Avenue N between 8th and 9th...today (Tuesday) we had some downpours, there is at least 6-8 inches of standing water in this alley it has caused flooding in my yard, even after bringing in some fill dirt and the two houses behind me! This is a continual problem the alley is not draining! I would love to have some one come and access the area on Wednesday to see how bad this problem has become! It’s impassable and it’s a breeding ground for mosquitos! There have been issues in the past but not to the extent that we have been dealing with since the city came trough and graded the alley last summer. It’s not draining To anywhere!i believe the issue is behind the medical building on the corner of 9th and 77th! Please help with this!

The alley between 76th and 77th between 8th and 9the is flooded one again there is at least 6 inches of standing water making it impossible for emergency or utility vehicles to access my home and the two behind me. NOT only is the alley flooded it has flooded or yards! in the past we would get a little flooding but ever since the alley was graded last summer it's been a nightmare! is not only a safety issue is a health issue since it's a mosquito breeding ground. my next step will be 8 on your side since the city refuses to take ownership of an issue they've made worse!

This alley between 76th and 77th Avenue N and 8th and 9th st. Is flooded...the city was out 2 weeks ago and supposedly leveled and put a roadway on, this was supposed to slope towards the drains....IT IS NOW WORSE Than it ever was... it was evident when they did it that my yard and the two behind me were still very low. After last nights rain there is now a canal in the alley and my yard is flooded to the utility shed and is even worse than after all the rains last summer!

First off let me say that not only does this issue involve the storm drain being backed up 3 times since June 1. It also involves the building of the house at 854 77th Avenue North. When that home was built for some reason they were allowed to bring in fill dirt which makes them higher than anyone else on the block and myself and the 2 houses on 76th Avenue North get all the run off from them. THIS should not have been allowed to happen, no matter how many years ago the home was built! We were the only houses and yards that now have water 6 inches deep in our yards after the flooding rains on this block. And it's because 854 was allowed to be built higher than anyone else. I don't see how that can be fair. At the very least they should be made to put in some sort of drainage to the street to take care of their runoff. I have not complained about this in the past, but I will be looking into the statue of limitations on this situation.Even on my fence line you can see that they are about 8 inches higher than me...and it's not a natural rise. This problem not only floods our yards but it also contributes to the sewer issue! Add to that the idiots are still running their sprinklers! adding even more run off into my yard.Somebody back in the day allowed this to happen.
