The company Lawn Doctor is being unprofessional in their efforts to obtain new business. Last Thursday evening our motion cameras were set off by an individual placing a door hanger at our front door, after 9:30 pm. In my option, approaching the door of a private resident should not be allowed after a certain time of the evening. As I took a walk on Friday morning, I noticed a number of these door hangers had been attached to mail boxes using scotch tape. Many of these door hangers were eventually blown off onto the street by the wind. I assume this door hanger distribution was being done by an individual hired by the local Lawn Doctor franchise. I ask that the City contact this franchise regarding their business practice in including the placing of signs on the ROW at intersections.

Trash in front of home. Very unsightly when seen from Gillette and 71st. Very poor image for visitors to Shawnee.. Interior of building and windows have been removed. There has not been any activity in recent weeks. This is the former home of Kenneth Smith, owner of the former golf club manufacturing plant. Property is owned by KERes1LLC, developer of Kenneth Estates.

With the opening of the combined tennis/pickelball court, it is an attraction for youth to attempt mischievous attempts against the fence, the nets, and the locks. This should be a regular visit by police patrol units and some monitoring by park staff.

company with signs, "Holiday Lights, 913-289-1111" needs to be advised of the City regulations regarding commercial signs in the ROW. In addition to signs at intersections, they have begun placing signs in residential neighborhoods where residents have significant lighting displays. As a volunteer to the City, I have already removed three of these signs on 70th Terr.

This business, located at this address, has 4-5 signs in the ROW along 62nd Terrace, from Long, to an island in front of Westlake hardware. Business needs to be made aware of off remise sign regulations. Does the business have a license to do business in Shawnee?
