Heavy machinery is parked within 50 feet of Harshaw lake park condominiums and the trucks are starting up by 5 am greatly disturbing the residents. This parking lot is not zoned for commercial use and the pastor does not return calls.

    The lake next to Duke Energy substation is infested with water hyacinth. Last time it was this bad a heavy rainstorm pushed them to the lake outflow drain. They clogged it causing flooding on 13th ave and surrounding neighborhood
