Sensors not working. light doesnt change for long time for drivers on 10th street

i am resubmitting ticket for a flashing stop sign at Via Del Rio and Sunkist. i was told by engineering that the signs are expensive and hard to get. I just drove through Highgrove and S Buena Vista and they have one there. So inquiring when there will be on installed her on Via Del Rio.

Weekend Traffic from freeway closure

These bushes grow up and down the fence on the backside of the homes on Call Way. I am unsure what address they are rooted from but all the vegitation along this sidewalk is overgrown and taking over the sidewalk.

Trees and bushes over grown into walkway.

The RTA bus stop next to Stater Bros shopping center, trash is over flowing and it looks terrible has been like that for over a week and it's getting worse.

Vehicles parked for months at a time. never moved broke down dropped off by tow trucks.

Trees over grown both city and resident on both sides of Via Del Rio. Shopping carts in parkway trash, alcohol glass bottles. trees are hanging so low they are sitting on cars 3 feet from the sidewalk. Ivy overgrown on fence impeding sidewalk 2 feet. Can barely see stop sign on both corners of Sunkist and Via Del Rio.

Ok it has been a couple of months what is going on with the water it is terrible. Not acceptable I notice as it has gotten worse it now causes burning in my eyes and nose.

Water smell and taste is bad

There is Water Running between 1506 and 1502 the entire slope is muddy and the water is seeping through the soil and flooding the sidewalk. not sure if it's a landscape issue on a service line or a mainline issue. it has been going on for a month.

The left turn lane from Main to Meteo signal never changes. you sit at that light for 3 light changes from the next intersection. only changes if traffic is coming out of shopping center and triggers that light to change.

Giant Pothole 50 yards before signal at Via Del Rio and Kirkwood. It's 2ft by 2ft hole.

Overgrown Trees prohibit view of stop signs. Cars speed up and down street at speeds of 60 miles per hour and use it as a race track all hours of the day a camera would be great for traffic data. One of those trailers that say how fast you are going. School is getting ready to start back up and Coronita is right here lots of small kids everyday.
