Currently the metal plate has moved from covering the 10” deep holes ON BOTH DISES OF THE STREET

Handrail on the handicap ramp has rusted at the base in about 50% of the length and is not safe

The landscape company that maintains the Solarium was running leaf blowers at 6:30am today (Wednesday 10/6/21)

A year ago the city removed a tree at this location because it was shifting the sidewalk and making it dangerous for pedestrians, but then never returned to actually fix the sidewalk that is still dangerous.

There is a piece of plywood partially covering some jagged PVC directly in front of the school. Watch several children trip on the plywood as it was pushed back to cover the open hole that was left after a city of Decatur works repair project that was never completed.

Not only is this a terrible job on the concrete, they left a huge mess on the adjacent grass and street.

Both Red light bulbs out in traffic signal causing confusion at this intersection.

Gravel has been in place for weeks and now washed aside making this very dangerous

Life guards at McKoy pool all on phones, and sitting in the center area while other 2 chairs are empty and pool is full of swimmers. This happened Thursday 6/14/18 at 1:30pm. We ask to speak to a manager and were told they didn't have one. After our complaints one of them moved to a chair in the deep end but none put their phone away.
