Please trim trees and underbrush along Tarpon Lake Blvd. at the curve between Lake Front Dr and Aylesford Dr along the side of the road parallel to the golf course. Trees are too low and overgrown scrubs impede view of frequent deer crossings. (Road issue type not specified)

Traveling North on Tarpon Lake Blvd; East side of road: Trees onear curve by Lansbrook Golf Course before Aylesford Blvd. are too low over the roadway.

Tarpon Lake Blvd: Sidewalk is lifting from nearby oak trees and creating a potential hazard north of the Aylesford @ Lansbrook main entrance on Aylesford Dr. Owners have complained of nearly falling due to uneven sidewalk.

Resident reports crosswalk markings are faded and repainting may add another layer of safety for pedestrians and clarity for 4-way stop sign. In contrast, markings at entrance of Berisford are clearly visible.

Man hole cover at the intersection of Aylesford Dr and Ames Way needs to be smoothed out. Has a hump on the side that is too high.

Low tree limbs over road way on Tarpon Lake Blvd. south of Aylesford Dr.

Extremely slippery sidewalk on south bound Lansbrook Pkwy between Tarpon Lake Blvd and Ames Way. Build up of mildew on sidewalk is extremely slippery, especially when wet. Two of our Aylesford residents fell and were injured in September.

New Turning Traffic Light: Please check turning arrows for traffic traveling east along Lansbrook Parkway, then turning north onto East Lake Rd. Traffic is forced to turn on red arrow instead of blinking yellow.
Also, since new installation, pedestrian crossing signal now longer gives "count-down" to let walkers know how much time remains.

Sidewalk trip hazards along the Lansbrook Parkway near the commons playground. Resident fell and stitches were required.

Sidewalk is buckling due to nearby oak tree pushing up in two places. Has been shaved in the past, but problem is worse now and one of our elderly residents recently tripped over this area. Our neighborhood is on the list for County repairs this year, but residents wanted to ensure this area is marked accordingly.
