The renters moved out a month ago, and the owner/ manager hasn't been there since.

This is a follow-up / repeat of Issue ID: 1847961.

Aug 18, when I updated that the renters of the home cut their grass was the last time that they have done so! The yard is a disaster again!

The people who live at 203 Arbor Dr. E are renters. I know the property is owned by a large corporation, but I don't know how to contact them, or else I would have done so already.

The renters have lived in the house for about 2.5 years, and I think they have cut their grass like three times, and have NEVER done anything to trim / maintain their shrubs. I don't know how bad it has to get for it to be a code violation, but I find living next door to this house embarrassing!

    Edit 8/19/15:
Wow! They cut the grass about three days after I reported this. (It was before there was any official action, so i believe it was just a coincidence.) So, for now, the grass is to a reasonable level, although the plants / shrubs are still WAY out of control!

On another note, what are the official rules about when their overgrown shrubs / vines / weeds snake their way into my yard and / or that grow over their fence and into my yard? I have been cutting them back, but I'm getting tired of doing it. Also, their fence is starting to fall down (primarily because of the vines on it). I have started reattaching boards of their fence, because I don't want to look at it falling over. So, I still have my question: at what point does it become officially a code violation? Is there a way to find out who manages the property? (Through the tax records, I found out that the house is owned by a huge out-of-state corporation, so I assume that they have a local management company of some kind??)
