    There is a male that was evicted from 6826 4th Ave he is living now out in front of home on the other side of the street. He has a broken down unlicensed van and another car. He has stuff piled up all around van he is constantly having visitor's that go into the van for a while and then cone back out. Where are they going to the bathroom this seems like a health hazard. We have reported it to Sacramento sheriff nothing happens. They have taged the van he pulls the sticker off then they can't tow it. What are the residents and visitors supposed to do he stares at you when you pull onto the road. Can not be in your front yard. Kids use this street together to the local convenience store just what they need see a guy using the side of road as a restroom or drug deals.

    How do we get the speed limit reevaluated on our street. People are going way above it. It is used by local kids walking to school on a daily basis. It has started to become short cut from elkhorn blvd to by pass the lights at Rio linda Blvd and elkhorn.
