Water has been standing in gutter for a month, breeding millions of mosquito larvae. It stinks awfully.

There is still standing water to the top of the curb on much of the block. The Streets and Sanitation dept needs to open this drain! they just keep closing the case as solved. Not!

Standing water covers 1/4 of the block at the curb. Drain is free of debris but not draining. This street drain can take up to a week to drain after heavy rain.
