    Please enforce the orange park city ordinance codes. No vehicle parking after 2am. Twenty four hour camping with no facilities means filth & vermin. One then two then the park is the Tenderloin. Enforcement is the job not ignoring or approving of violations. Law enforcement !!!

    Gang tags should be removed immediately when seen by SSF employees. It's the only way to stop the bad behavior. These gang tags and others remain for days weeks or until a citizen complaint. They represent intimidation, ownership and control not graffiti. Is that the problem no one in the city is fighting for residents but would rather blight it for the sale. Is that the goal blighting for the sales. If not the goal it's the reality. Good for politicians and chiefs not residents.

    Gang tags across from dog park. Street department works cleaning the area of overgrowth ignoring the tags. Gang tags represent ownership and fear. Is that the issue with removing, fear of gangs against city employees. If not then why do the gang tags remain until a complaints by citizens.

    New York police chief just ordered police officers to stop congregating in public. He stated the danger to officers and the perception reflected to the residents. Sounds like a policy SSSPD should consider.

    Filth not just litter but filth. Unkempt for days or weeks can't tell always the same. The chamber of commerce should be concerned or is the blight what the council and chamber of commerce seek. Blight it to buy it is not a community policy but an underhanded manipulation of our community. Good for the council not voting tax payers. Clean up the mess, is there not a public works weekend crew? If so then this filth should have been cleaned up. Blight it to buy it the councils underhanded policy.

    This is a very dangerous practice of parking and blocking the front exit in a home fire. It's dangerous for residents, children, those with disability the elderly and first responders. Why are some parking code violations of this same nature ignore and others handled by code enforcement, Warren Young. Is selective enforcement the city councils agenda. Is code enforcement Warren Young enforcing per department heads requests and picking and choosing who to pursue, not equality. South San Francisco has always been proud of diverse and equally treated. In the past, not the new agenda of blighting to buy our neighborhoods. I ignored violation at a time.

    I contacted South San Francisco Public Works today. When the phone was answered the person identified the department, but never stated his name. When I asked to speak to a specific person I was asked my name. Is it not city policy to answer the phone with department name then the city worker states their name followed by can I help you. Not screening calls as if this was their personal business. This person refused to I'd themselves until I stated mine name first. Obviously screenings his own call's since he was the person I was requesting to speak with. The only reason to answer the call and not id yourself is to select who mr young decides to speak too. Selective enforcement by mr young is not working for the community but enforcement of his personal agenda of call screening the public, and taking care of those who matter to mr Warren.

    Odd how I complain about code violations and now code enforcement is driving by my residents taking pictures of my home. Is code enforcement now stalking and intimidating citizens to not point out issues. Dangerous issues. To the fire chief handle your crew. Intimating citizens, senior citizens at that is a crime. Think twice code enforcement. You can not deny the pictures of my residents on 8-15. Public information, freedom of information.

    When I suggested this is a bad look for police I was told by the shift Sgt. supervisorStarbucks wants the cops to hang out there do to the petty thefts. As a tax payer I would expect Starbucks to hire security not us city police for store security. This was said while a police training officer and new cop stood by. If is not true than the sgt is spreading disinformation to the public, and setting a horrible example to a new hire. Lying to residents for parking convenience and coffee.

    The tax payers are so frustrated with the gang tags they have decided it's time to remove the tags themselves. Why, city department heads want the blight its their personal agenda's. The blight will make you want to move. This is the goal of the city council. Blight it to buy it, it's the new higher tax base that they seek, not quality of live for current residents. Its the chamber of commerce the council bows to not voters. If department heads respected the city as residents do they would see to the immediate removal of graffiti and gang tags. I don't see the loyalty to residents just their agendas. Blighting South City one neighborhood at a time.

    Is the fire chief risking our fire fighters safety by refusing to enforce code violations. The chiefs personnel agenda of not enforcing deadly violations may result in tragedy. Will the chief go between a vehicle filled with gas and a front door. No but his fighters will be forced to. Will someone have to die in a fire before the chief does the job. Deadly danger vehicles blocking exits, the chief has decided its NOT HIS PROBLEM.
