The fire chiefs personnel agenda of blighting our neighborhood is deadly. Blocking exits and entry with vehicles is a code violation. A violation to save lives. If the chief has no foresight hopefully the council does. Someone will be responsible for death or injury. Ghost ship deaths were from code violations, the fire chief ignored.

It seems law enforcement has time. Maybe police can to assist the fire chief in enforcement of deadly code violations. Three cars deep in a red zone for 20 minutes. They most have some time in the day for enforcement.

A deadly code violation ignored by the fire chief. Not only the chief will be responsible for a death due to lack of enforcement but South City will pay dearly. The chief may acquire punitive damages, but the city will pay millions. It's the law. Your personnel agenda of blighting our city want stand. Retire or enforce the codes.

The fire chief is refusing to enforce deadly code violations in south city. When a child, disabled, elderly or even a firefighter dies in a fire due to illegal parking of vehicles. Will South City be liable for the death. These are Vehicles filled with gas blocking exits and entry points. Chief do vehicles in your neighborhood violate codes. Save lives enforcement is the job.

The fire department chief is responsible for enforcement of code violations. Will it take a death of a child, elder or disabled person before the fire chief enforces deadly vehicle parking behavior. Blocking exits is deadly for occupants and fire fighters. Chief will you take responsibility any deaths due to your disregard for enforcement and safety. The city will for surely be financially liable in a law suit. Ignoring is not an excuse it's ethics we need.

Avolon Park appears to be the new boarding house neighborhood. Many adults parking cars in any area available,Violating city codes. The fire chief should be taking this behavior as deadly and not ignoring. Blocking widows and door ways will eventually trap a child or elderly person in a fire. That's the reason the codes exist to save lives, not convenient parking. It's the law please enforce. If your compromised and unable to enforce, than quite. But it is a law and your the enforcement.

Is this type of vehicle parking and trailer storage still a code violation in South City. If so then please enforce. If not it should be, for the safety of the children living behind the vehicle barricades. A fire danger to residents and first responders.

Trailers and car parking, code violations?

A syringe in Orange Park by the dog park. Maybe time to patrol the park after dark. Also gang tags are visible in the same location. Yes they are gang affiliation tags, Randy

Tags have been visible for a week at Orange park. Could parks or the responsible remove when seen. Please don't wait for a complaint.

Commercial trucks are violating residential parking codes. Commercial vehicles are not seen or allowed to park in other neighborhoods like the Promenade, Brentwood or Avolon. So chief why are you and the council ignoring the violations. Fear they may park in your neighborhood. Enforce the codes in eastside neighborhoods and eliminate selective law enforcement in South City. Minority neighborhoods also need law enforcemen. Is the caste system an agenda for the council. Because that is what the council is reflecting.

Randy the next PD chief denies any gang tags in South City. The tags get bigger as does Randy's denial. It's real in your face gang tags, Randy. Will you be a chief who picks and chooses enforcement. We want a neighborhood safe and graffiti free like the neighborhood you live in. Selected law enforcement is evident in south city neighborhoods. Randy has no loyalty to east side of ECR. This is who the council wants or is this a chamber of commerce hiring?

We know by appearance the PD ignores gang tags. Now the park and street department ignores filth. Who is responsible for the filthy disregard for our neighborhood. Blight it to buy it. It's the plan or it's just lazy employees with no supervision.
Someone is responsible, who will own up to no doing the job their paid to do. No to mention the councils blind eye to the filth and graffiti surrounding Orange Park.
