    On the NW corner of Hampton Ave NE and Hobson St NE there is an internet service box. This box belongs to "Verizon" and is an unsightly eyesore. In its current state it us rusted out,, falling apart and a hazard to anyone who may come in contact with it. Codes should be writing this up as a dangerous area. Please reach out to the current utility that uses this station and have them replace it.

    The traffic on 1st St NE at 62nd Ave NE is backing up to Hampton Ave NE due to increased traffic with school in session. The signal in the East/West direction is longer because of heavy traffic flow but the residents trying to turn off of Hampton Ave NE are having a difficult time. Please review the traffic signal and see if it can't be retimed. To try to turn left onto 62nd Ave NE is extremely difficult during high traffic hours so this would be the next best option.

    On Hobson St NE, the West side as you are heading south off of 62nd Ave NE there are 2 potholes that have formed from the recent rains and the standing water that sits there due to the poor stormwater drainage on that corner.

    There is a payment drop box located at this property on the 4th St. side. There is one spot that says for Loading/Unloading and the other is for payment drop off. These spots are always being used by people who are parking there while waiting to pick up someone leaving the building. This poses a danger and delay to those of us who would like to drop off our payments. I suggest a parking patrol monitor this area in the morning and evening so that the spaces are not waiting zones.

    At the Southwest corner of 22 Ave N and Martin Luther King St, there is a huge depression in the left turn lane to turn onto MLK. This depression seems to be getting worse and covers the entire left turn lane. Traffic engineers may want to inspect before it gives way.
