The driveway apron here is a trip hazard.

There appears to be a deep hole in the road next to a manhole cover across from 7455 Oakland Mills Rd.

As shown in the attachment, the Patuxent Branch Trail has a known, mapped and well used route to Windemere Way which then gives you access to the path to the school and back to the head of the trail on Vollmerhausen. The spot where you walk from Windemere Way into Savage Park isn't being mowed on the park side leaving very tall grass for users to go through exposing them to ticks, an unnecessary hazard.

At the very end of Windemere Way, where you enter Savage Park, there is a depression where water constantly stands creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Someone has put wood and part of an old sign over it as a bridge so people can get into the park. The hole needs filled and the litter hauled off.

There's a No Parking sign here that's rusted, bent and leaning. Not sure why the sign is even there. It needs replaced or more likely removed altogether.

It's not so much a pothole as it is sinking pavement at Baltimore St and Foundry St. A water repair was done right in the center of the intersection, which is also a speed bump, a couple of years ago. It's never been quite right but now the whole patch is sinking.

The road in front of this address has deteriorated badly from all the road cuts that were done here in the past. People are regularly driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid them. It's a very busy road with three schools worth of traffic on it every day.
