    The right (heading SE) turn from Trellis Post Ct. onto Eastern Bypass is a short, sweeping turn and has no curb near the asphalt walkway. The photo shows that vehicles which make the turn often run off the asphalt curve and onto the grass, which has become a widening and deepening hole. Other subdivision turns (Cove Lake, Oakleigh, North Shore Drive, ...) south onto the Eastern Bypass have a section of curbing which adds visibility and edging for green grass.

    AT&T gigabyte (future fiber optic cabling) underground 1 1/2 " conduit installation in Arbor Woods subdivision, Hampton Cove. The hole for the ATT termination/feed box is flush with the sidewalk edge and the conduit is directly under the sidewalk edge, about 1" below the sidewalk.
    The dirt under the sidewalk has caved in, undermining support of the sidewalk. The hole has been open for over 1 week. This may need to he checked out by City as an example of the utility installation done by ATT contractors. I have attached a picture, just taken, of the dirt collapse under the sidewalk. This hole is adjacent to the Winterberry Way storm drain.

    The pictured storm drain has some deep soil erosion at the concrete drain south-east stormwater opening. Since our home was built in yr 2003 I have put gravel and soil at the drain but the soil washes away, and the gravel and water is washed deeper in the soil at the drain... possibly undermining the large concrete drain box. That box collects storm water from two easement swells and one large concrete pipe. The storm discharge runs under the street to the Tinker floodway. The magnitude of storm water running down my easement,where the erosion occurs, has much more volume than the opposite easement swell. Please look at this and see if a concrete apron or other thing would stop the erosion at the corner of my lot's easement. Thank you. Earl Deason, 2809 Winterberry Way SE, Hampton Cove 256-519-3666
