A car drove into the historic cement street sign at the intersection of SW 27th St and SW 4th Pl in Golf View. Can it be repaired?

This vehicle has been parked here at least 3 days, does not have the required parking decal, and is parked in a dangerous position for oncoming traffic.

A deep hole has formed just at the entrance to the Golfview neighborhood. It can be dangerous for cars turning onto SW 27th Street.

This lot was clear cut, leveled out, retaining wall built on the west side, large limerocks on the south side, and limerock edging right up against the creek. A small building was built on the property. Never have we seen any construction permits posted. Not sure if this is a sediment problem but should there not be a buffer next to the creek?

Homeowners are removing every single tree from property. Some are quite large. Wondering if they have a permit. Picture includes tree service.

The trash is strewn throughout the front yard and is now spewing onto the sidewalk. Garbage, furniture, etc.

Garbarge pickup was Wednesday the 5th. The trash can is overly full, collecting a swarm of flies, and has a putrid stench. It is still sitting in the road. If the raccoons get into it, it will be a nasty mess.

There's a bunch of unsecured trash strewn along the sidewalk in front of house, hindering access to sidewalk.
