The fences on the Jordan side of the following businesses are deflating neighboring properties. As president of the Dawson Ridge HOA, we are considering a lawsuit against the these properties at Kent wick lanes the travelers inn and McDonald's along with the city to get them cleaned up and fixed. The motel has a burned out building with children running around. Get your blindfold off as these people drive around and tag citizens!
  • 170 Lincoln Rd E Vallejo, CA 94591, USA - Vallejo
Why is their fence on Jordan street not fixed? You tagged the beach fence a block away, do you all just wear blindfolds when driving in Vallejo?
  • 160 Lincoln Rd E Vallejo, CA 94591, USA - Vallejo
Fence on Jordan and fire damaged building. Why are these both allowed to bring down neighborhood land value? Do we need a lawsuit against both the city and the Motel to get this cleaned up

Lighting in parking lots haven't got reflectors on them to only light their property. The lights light up the entire sky in south Vallejo. Is this another way the city is trying to keep property values in south Vallejo depressed? Please put reflectors on these lights and not allow the south Vallejo skies to be lit up by this property alone.
  • 469-497 Sandy Beach Rd Vallejo, CA 94590, USA - Vallejo
Light pollution from lights in parking lots. These lights light up the entire night sky in south Vallejo. Don't we have ordinances against this. My home is completely lit all night long with these lights!

Security lighting does not have tops and lights up homes a half mile away. The outside lighting is for their security, not all south Vallejo's! Please have tops or lids installed to get rid of lighting up the entire night sky! This is at motel 6.

The corner of la Canyada and Jordan is falling apart and endangers the businesses below
  • Lincoln Rdeast - Vallejo
Perpetual flea market on property of the travel inn when not raining. Brings down home values and makes the area look shoddy. Or is this a way to sell drugs in the area as many drug people seem to reside there.
  • 113 Louisiana St Vallejo, CA 94590, USA - Vallejo
Purple Camero with rims and tires, broken windshield. Been there for a week.
  • 736 La Canyada Dr - Vallejo
The entire street is falling apart putting all the homes on the west side of our street in danger from being washed down the hillside from excessive water under the houses. And making the properties unstable, and at risk. When is this hillside street going to be repaved? The city has a lot to lose if with the rains properties begin to slide.
