    6900 5th Ave N Saint Petersburg 33710, United States - St. Petersburg
    Light at the intersection of 5th Ave N and 69th is only on a timer. The light will turn red even when there are no cars at either side of the intersection. This is obviously a change as I drive through here every day. Why? Can it be fixed?

    The signal at 79th and Central is no longer activated by traffic. It appears to just be timed and as such, the light is unnecessarily red on central even when no traffic is on 79th.

    There are several cars parked in No Parking areas on 106th Ave this evening. They are next to the Community Center and are literally between no parking signs. I know there is an event there this evening, however there are plenty of legal parking spaces that won't cause damage to the lawn that my tax dollars help maintain. I'd like to know why they are there, whether or not they are paying for that privilege and if they are not supposed to be there, I'd like to know if they are being ticketed.

    Dead fish, debris and murky brown water that looks like a sewer spill. The brown and green water separation is so clear it looks like something was poured into the bay
