There has been an old pickup truck parked, without movng, in the front yard, for at least six weeks. There are assorted other trucks that park in the yard at various times. In addition, there is a pile of used tires - a perfect breeding site for mosquitoes - stacked in front of the garage door, along with other junk. The neighbors in the vicinity of this house are tired of looking at what is essentially a storage lot for trucks, boats and trailers.
