Water flowing heavily from what appears to be the meter box to the church Church of the Redeemer.

Water leak visible on the street.

The road is cracked near the location of the fire hydrant. There appears to be a Watermain leak below the asphalt. You can see water mark at the crack on the street. In the winter it gets icy at this location.

Water appears to be coming from the new construction into the street.

There is 15 mph yellow sign that appears to be out of place. The lowest speed on this street is 25 mph at the school.

The curb inlets along Victoria St as well as it's intersection with Osborne need some attention. That is, the openings had been protected to prevent erosion from the nearby constructions. However, at this moment all lots on the street appear stabilized. It is time to clean them up before the contractors pack up an leave the BMPs behind for the City to remove. Thanks.

The light post at the corner with the Marta station is excessively bent. May be due to weight of fixture or the force from the lead wires. Failure of pole could lead it to fall onto this busy intersection.

Construction debris from the new home construction next door has accumulated on the empty lot. It appears the contractor is almost complete with work since sod has been installed. Just want to make sure their final cleanup also takes into account the garbage left in the empty lot next door. Note that lot had been cleared of all vegetation and garbage before construction began. Also, the silt fence installed really serves no purpose except to be an eye sore. It has not been properly towed and has also been driven over by an excavator.

Is there a reason why the City is posting six public notice signs at this corner lot? A little excessive. It appear that one or two would suffice considering their size. The City could better use funds for other things.
