    The ally behind my home between McDonough St. and Porter St. has large crater like potholes. Many neigbors park behind their homes off the ally and it is necessary for the ally to be regraveled as soon as possible.

    It has now been almost 3 months and I still have a large hole on my property left where a gas line was replaced. When will city come to my home and fill this hole? Why did they leave the hole to begin with where pipes are exposed? Why can't the city follow through on a job the first time?

    I have called the City of Richmond 3 times and no one has responded to my calls about the hole left on my property from a gasline replacement. The hole has exposed pipes and is a liability. I am looking for the City to respond to my requests. The unfinished work they left on my property is unacceptable.

    The city of Richmod replaced my gas line over a month ago. I am very grateful for their work, but they left a large hole on my property and so much dirt turned up in front of my house that parking in front of my home equals parking in mud.

    The property at 307 W. 31st has a dead tree leaning on power/cable/phone linese in the alley. It is very dangerous since we are approaching hurricane season. The owners of the property are aware of the dead tree, but have not taken any action to fix the problem. Since I live behind this property and use the alley everyday, I do not want a dead tree to all of the sudden fall on to my property.
