    The Route 16 bus (Sun Van #1521) was extremely early at the westbound stop at Lomas and University. It was scheduled for 2:13 pm. We arrived at the stop at 2:04. When I checked the Where's my bus, it showed the bus was already at Odelia and University. A bus that is 8 or more minutes early makes the system USELESS. No one can depend on this for transportation. We are elderly residents who depend on the bus system.

    weeds out of control. recycle bin is filled with garbage. not sure if garbage will take it. mattress and garbage in the yard. this is a rental and landlord needs to be held accountable.

    There are several dogs at the residence. The Chihuahua is aggressive. It nearly bit my 83 year old mother and we had to throw a can at it. None are contained or on a leash. They bark incessantly at all hours. My housemate is threatening to move. They need to control the animals and quiet them.
