URGENT Water is flowing out of the ground at this corner at a very high rate. There are broken pieces of pipe and it appears that perhaps someone has dug a hole and caused a major leak.

There is a loose/partly open manhole cover in the middle of the note section at 22nd Ave n and MLK. Dangerous situation.

Dropped off my mail ballot to voter office downtown yesterday and they had their ballot boxes OUTSIDE the doors of the office. The ballot itself states very clearly “use the ballot drop off INSIDE. DO NOT put your ballot in any box outside these locations.” This raised suspicions for me and I would suggest that they move those boxes inside the building. Contacting them as well.

When I passed this location yesterday afternoon around 5pm, the pedestrian crosswalk flasher was eternally flashing with no sign of a person anywhere around. This causes people to disregard the pedestrian crosswalk lights and endangers pedestrians more than it helps.

The fields at Puryear Park have been completely swamped and unplayable for over a month, due to the wet conditions and poor drainage there. They are too wet to mow or play soccer on. Is there a way to put in a request or get a movement going to re-grade the soccer fields there with proper drainage so that they are playable even in rainy conditions? There are many other fields in the area (like Largo) where the fields are raised enough and level, with drainage along the sides to handle a good amount of rain and still be used. There are hundreds of families relying on Puryear Park for youth recreational and club soccer, along with adults who use the fields for soccer and other sports as well. We have gone weeks into the season without being able to play there. Please advise as to what could be done to bring this park up to better standards for field play. Thanks.

The storm drain cover at this corner is totally pushed aside exposing a huge hole that could be dangerous to animals or people - no barricade or sign warning people of this big opening.
