    The street light at the area by 6901 Vincent is not working. It flickers and then goes out completely. Pretty dark at this end of our block.

    6912 Vincent Avenue South Minneapolis, Minnesota - Richfield
    This house has been an eyesore for over 5 years. Now it is just getting worse. A SUV has been up on a ramp in the driveway for over a month now. They have a fence that used to wrap around the house. They are on the corner of Russell and 70th. The fence has been falling apart for several years now. Russell side it is all bowed out and rotten. 70th St side most has fallen down. The portion still standing is being held up with a large tree limb. They don't have to worry about mowing the 70th side, because the yard is just all dirt and debris. Assuming rental house, because a lot of cars from Texas show up for awhile and then leave to be replaced by more people from Texas. I know there are children inside because you can see strollers and toys outside. At any time there is a minimum of 6 cars parked there, most sticking out of the driveway onto 70th St; which is a narrow street. Winter time is a challenge getting past there. The front door has a broken out window with it looks like a towel stuffed into it. Please, please send someone out.

    There is the beginning of quite a big pothole in the middle of our street. It is progressively getting worse. With winter coming this is going to become a huge problem. This needs to be fixed before winter.

    6936 Vincent Ave Richfield, Minnesota - Richfield
    There is a boulevard tree located at 6936 Vincent Ave that needs trimming desperately! It overhangs the street and any van, garbage truck, etc hits it coming down the street. Every tree in our area has been trimmed or removed, but maintenance workers drive by it, hit it and keep on ignoring it. Large limbs have fallen on people and vehicles. It is an old tree that needs something done ASAP! This is turning into a safety issue!!
