Large pothole when you drive through the underpass. You have to drive around it which isnt easy to do with all the cars parked on the street.

This encampment is a danger to the neighborhood. Trash is pulling up. Used needles litter the area, Rodents run rampant, there have been three fires, two shootings , one stabbing and several overdoses. The area needs to be cleaned up it disgraceful. ADA compliance is not adhered to . People have to walk in the street to get through . The city allows these encampment with no regard to housed people and children that live on the block. Come and clean up on a regular basis for Christ sakes if we gave to our up with this nonsense.

Why are the lights still out? This issue was reported months ago. This is a safety issue. Its pitch black at night. Very dangerous for pedestrians and the drug addicts located in the encampment that dart out in the street. The City doesn't want to pay for the tampered lights to be fixed , but its okay for homeless people to live on the streets and do whatever.

This has happened on several occasions and its not due to a blackout. neighbors that pay taxes need the lights fixed.

Due to the wind storm yesterday a tree has been uprooted and fallen. to the ground. There are several trees that line the highway that need to be looked at. In December they were trimmed on CSR Ticket 781434. However, they really need to be topped off because if they fall they will land on my roof. The trees run along the freeway side of 45th street, just off the freeway exit of MLK and 51st street

6 to 10 RV's and cars have been 'parked' in the 45th street underpass for months. Couches matress and bags of garbage lineed up on the sidewalk. Urine and feces are very evident.

6 to 10 RV's and cars have been 'parked' in the 45th street underpass for more than two weeks and much longer than 72 hours (3 days). It appears that the owners don't intend to move them from the furnishings and items that have been placed in the street adjacent to the vehicles, narrowing the road for vehicles driving through.
