Turned signal head. Facing the wrong direction.

What and on what specific timeframe will the City be doing something about the safety of being able to cross Broadway at Laguna and at Capuchino? This morning this lady barely avoided getting hit by a driver who likely did not see her and was not able to stop. The next driver shown here stopped just in time. This path has deteriorated further and is now a walking hazard. Before someone trips and falls or breaks ankles, I hope the city can consider patch paving the really bad section between the bridge and the little alley. That's the worst section. Thank you.

When are these school crosswalks going to get painted? Kids are coming back to school soon. The ramps have been done for months.

For reference, I reported this in April 2018. It was closed without being resolved.

"Ray and Balboa - Please paint crosswalks at this critical School crossing. Several Lincoln students and their families cross here daily. Pls don't take months to do this." - 4/13/2018

There was yet another car collision at Cadillac and Rollins. There’s debris and car parts strewn on the road and sidewalk. Please pick up the debris and hazards.

This pedestrian button keeps coming on, lights up red even when no one’s pushing it so the pedestrian signal keeps counting down over and over again. Making people run unnecessarily. This has been an ongoing problem for years now despite the new hardware.

Maybe the city should just make it so the walk comes on automatically for crossing Carmelita so it doesn’t count down every time. The crosswalk xing California can still be act’d.

Red light out on NE vehicle signal facing the Ave.

This sidewalk doesn’t have a ramp so a person in a wheelchair has not way to get up to the sidewalk not to get down. I understand Cadillac is getting paved. Will the paving project build a ramp here or just leave things inaccessible and not compliant with ADA?

This is seriously dangerous. Metal plates with a gap in them will get people and kids biking seriously hurt. Please do something about this.

Just a note of thanks - Thanks to the City for starting to seriously trim the branches on California. This is really a welcome safety improvement. Anything to keep that area clear of branches, twigs, dangerous collection of debris around the drains really helps. Where this is done, bike riders can keep within their bike lane and stay away from the traffic lane. Any other efforts to increase this separation is appreciated. Thank you.

Confusing lines. It looks like the contractor forgot to remove the temporary tape on this crosswalk. On the plus side, it might be good to have them come back and add an advance limit line so drivers can stop well before the crosswalk. That might help drivers and bicyclists get detected by the signal better. Thank you.

Please paint this crosswalk crossing Sequoia @ Clarice ½ block from the front of BIS. Dozens of students cross this everyday.

I originally requested this in 2016 when the street was paved. What’s the process for getting something done?

This sign is another source of confusion. Folks take it to mean there are 3 lanes going towards Broadway.

There used be arrow signs over each lane. You can still see the old mounting hardware hanging from the overhead signals swaying in the wind. Are those signs ever coming back?

Appreciate all you can do to give drivers as much information as possible to minimize crazy lane-changing and confusion.

A lot of drivers don’t realize that the rightmost lane turns right into California Drive. And change lanes last second, a lot of times right at the tracks, which get themselves or others into trouble.

There is only one painted right turn arrow & it’s right at the actual turn where it’s too little too late by then. Pls paint right turn arrows in advance so drivers are advised of what’s up ahead.

Dead plants’ woody and sharp branches are sticking out into the bike lane. Could catch a handle bar or arm. Also several low tree branches hanging down at eye level. On this block and the next block over towards Murchison.

It’s time. There is no visibility coming around the corner from Mills onto Highway Rd. And vice versa. Someone is going to hurt here. There have been a number of recent near misses, despite the stop sign. That last parking space is obstructing sight distance for drivers or other road users.
