Grass has been neglected throughout park and needs to be cut. Pulled 2 ticks off my pants yesterday and 2 off the dog. Tons of people here every day to see tulips wading through shin-high grass also getting Lyme disease.

Hello! This snow pile has been blocking the crosswalk/sidewalk since the December 2020 snow storm! The picture was taken morning of 2/1/21. As pedestrian, you cannot see around it or be seen by cars and need to walk in the street to get around it/cross. Intersection is already somewhat dodgy. Maybe during this February 2021 snowstorm it can be dealt with? Had hoped it would be removed along with the Christmas lights, but sadly it remains. Someone is going to get hurt! Thank you!

There was work done at this address very recently (exterior painting) and the branches remain as does their usual piles of garbage. This address regularly has tons of household garbage covering the sidewalk, which the branches are currently on top of/covering. We have to cross the street to not step in the dog poop/garbage/branches. The City needs to do its job and hold the owners responsible - they clearly care enough to repaint and the neighborhood has just about had it with the trash they let cover the sidewalk.

Posting this again. No snow this time, but same "garbage can" and same (but more) trash. Should we just go ahead and assume that there is no actual trash removal in the park? My last post was around March 3, 'Parks and Recreational Areas (5470151) was Acknowledged.' I get that posting here is pretty much a joke at this point, but what exactly does "under review" mean and how much of it needs to be done on this issue?
That can has no bottom. This can has been sideways and trash across park for over a month. Please treat our neighborhood and parks like it should be treated - we are not garbage people! Pretty soon I will have a picture of this trash/litter for each season!

Me again, this is a different Litter Tube (bottomless garbage can) in Lincoln Park (I posted about a different Litter Tube can not long ago). It is located on the Morton side of park, right around where the kids land when they go sledding. A few feet from it is a bag of trash. This is not recent! It is too cold to take my phone out to document this literal garbage this often. I am happy to take any interested City employees on a guided tour of some of the hottest trash spots in Mansion District that need attention (it would be full-day event so clear your schedules). Thanks!

Dear Mayor, hard-working City Employees and their dogs: The picture on left is from 2/23 and the right is 3/1 - as you can see, this is the same garbage (it was there prior to 2/23 but I had already complained about the bottomless garbage cans around the 23rd and was tired of writing about trash). If ya'll want to send me a check for the trash fee (since my landlord passed it on, as they all do), I'll get my butt out there and do City's job because this is not an anomaly for Mansion District or Lincoln Park. We are better than this!

This is one of several garbage cans in Lincoln Park that is missing a bottom and therefore completely useless for holding garbage and is instead causing trash/litter to pile up. Please replace ASAP. Thanks.

This is a picture of the Bleecker Park fence from Fall 2018. This spring it will have been ONE YEAR since a truck damaged the fence. The orange plastic continues to sag and tear due to snow and ice. Please update community on status of repair. County Rep has been contacted but has informed this is City property and not County property.
  • 218 Lark Street Albany, New York - Center Square
Early in the morning, one of the employees (he often wears a straw hat) of Lark Central Market routinely scatters tons of torn up bread/chips/crackers around the trees, underneath the mailbox and the garbage can, and all along the sidewalk on Lark between State and Chestnut.
