In front of my house there is a very large tripping hazard caused by an uneven sidewalk. About a 2-3" difference. 6 trick or treater tripped, 2 fell, and one parent of a child with disabilities said it is not an 'ADA compliant' walk way. It is getting cold outside so time is of the essence to resolve, please. Thank you
