    I am reporting this issue again. It's been two months and nothing has happened after reporting it. The drainage ditch at 1300 country club way south, st pete, is blocked at Country Club Way South and at Lakewood Golf Course. there is overgrowth stopping the main flow of water from Lakewood Estates into Lake Maggori. Flooding and property damage will happen soon.

    The stormwater drainage ditch at 1300 Country Club Way South, st pete, is blocked and overgrown and can easily be seen where the ditch goes under Country Club Way South. There is also a tree that has fallen at the other end of the property by Lakewood golf course. I am not sure if it's the city area or the golf course area. For sure that will cause flooding and no drainage.

    It's time again. The drainage ditch at 1300 Country Club Way South /St pete. is in sore need of a cleanout. On the 1300 side of the road, the underpass going to Boyd Hill Nature Park, gets blocked from all the debris coming from the golf course and Lakewood. The guys did a great job last time. Did they ever remove that pipe that is the cause of this?

    A large oak has fallen and blocked the stormwater stream at Fairway Ave South and Country Club Way South. This stream must be kept clear to prevent damage to other properties. Please advise. thank you.

    i guess not much gets thru to this department, but i will try again. the drainage ditch at 1300 country club way south, in st pete, is blocked again. soon the rains will be here and we will have damage unless this is cleared. there is an unused pipe that crosses the stream and collects all the floating debris and trimmings that come downstream. if this UNUSED PIPE would just be cut then the problem goes away. but no one can make a decision on that...so please clear the drainage ditch again...thanks. JH

    the drainage ditch outlet crossing under 1300 Country Club Way South is blocked. any rains will raise the water level and undermine properties there. right across from Boyd Hill.

    city did a great job last time cleaning out blockage at under-street culvert at 1300 country club way south, st pete. but its blocked again...same old tune...there is a 1 1/2" pipe crossing the stream that blocks the flow causing debris to pile up. this pipe belongs to frontier communications and three years ago they said they would remove it as its no longer in use. well, you know how that goes. st pete city could cut it in one minute and its done and forgotten. anyway, i am reporting the blockage.

    I put this in a couple months ago and it was supposed to be done and is not. there is a culvert on country club way between 1300 Country Club Way South and Fairway, on the 1300 side...an old pipe runs across the culvert at water level and blocks drainage. this was supposed to be removed by the cable company responsible for it. Frontier, i believe. They said they would remove it....looks like a ten minute job with a pipe cutter...but not done yet. Any updates?

    city crews are now re-doing the stormwater runoff area by 1300 country club way south, st pete. the runoff goes into a culvert. there is a 1.5 to 2" pipe crossing this culvert at almost normal water height. when the water rises which it does with every rain, debris clogs the culvert because of this pipe. it is a very old pipe, at least 35 years and i am sure its not in use for anything. could an inspector look at it to determine what it is and if not essential, then have it removed to help the stormwater flow. drainage would improve a lot at no cost. john hey

    The concrete stormwater runoff area has developed a hole and cracks that is undermining the area. The has happened after this weeks water event on country club way south. at 1300 country club way south by culvert. worth a look for sure.

    the corner of Country Club Way South and Fairway is very overgrown. The fire hydrant is completely hidden. I live next door and my property is a preservation area and is natural by city code. The property on the corner is not and we have no agreement with them to allow growth there. any statement to the contrary are blatent lies.
    Can we get some action on this overgrowth?

    on Country Club Way South, just past Fairway, there is a culvert going under the road and draining the golf course lakes to boyd hill and lake maggori. this culvert is getting blocked and slowing the drainage. the city just replenished parts of the bank upstream and a lot of dirt was washed downstream to add to the blockage. also there is bank erosion close to the culvert and that should be attended to also. if we have any big rains i am afraid there will be problems upstream close to the houses. john hey 727-827-8987 thanks.
