Multiple large sinkholes and potholes throughout the street. Prior repairs have already failed. Significant concern from vehicles swerving to dodge the holes may cause an accident and someone may get injured.

Pothole span nearly 2/3 of the road and average 8 inches in depth and several feet in width. It is impossible to avoid the potholes of cars are parked on both shoulders. Attention is needed now

There is a large area of crumbling concrete spanning the entire lane heading northbound. Large chunks of concrete are also loose on the pavement around the broken area.

Large bump/ripple across left turn lane that is impossible to avoid without swerving into other lane. Jolts car even at very slow speeds. Almost as large as a regular speed bump but more narrow. Dangerous. Could cause someone to lose control or swerve and hit car to side. Needs to be smoothed down/shaved.

Foot wide pothole on left side of left lane right in path of wheels

There is a large mound across the entire left lane that drivers change lanes to avoid. Needs to be shaved down and repaired. Very unsafe as the drivers swerve. If can’t swerve, only option is to go over and even if very slowly, causes major bounce. It’s as high and wide as two stacked 2x4 planks.

Pothole in center of two lane. Needs fixed due to dangerous curve parking on both sides.

There is a large and widening hole in the second from the left lane. Appears to have been patched before but has been widening over the past several months.
