    A few days ago, I noticed that the green arrow signal on MLK St and 54th Ave S was not coming on, causing some confusion on the left turn lane. I was turning left (going westbound) on 54th Ave S, coming northbound on MLK St.

    The water fountain in the dog park in Lake Vista is always flooded around the water dispensing area. Could this be addressed and fixed? Seems that the lack of gravel around the area causes the water to accumulate in the area. Dogs are constantly drinking from the flooded, stagnant water.

    Damaged curb along property line of 6750 7th St S.

    Cracked concrete/cement (especially where driveway ends). Cracks/dips create gap between street and property driveway. Water puddle and some overgrown weeds also coming through the cracks. Reference image attached.
