    Helderberg Ave & Pinewood Ave Albany, NY, 12208, USA - Helderberg
    Please help clear the area where Helderberg and Pinewood intersect, there are cars that have use that street for off-street parking - since this is plowed in, cars can't exit or enter.
    If a big truck could plow the area between Ramsey and Pinewood that would be super great - thank you for your attention to this!

    Our recycling bin was skipped this morning - still full at the curb where I always place it - everyone else's was taken. Please rectify.

    I should have taken a picture but was in a hurry - but around 8:10am today (7/16/21), I put 2 quarters in the Parking meter, and the red light continued blinking saying that no money had been given - I went ahead and got my food, was gone within 10 minutes, but would have hated to get a ticket here because the meter took my money for nothing. The last 4 digits of the identifier were 004

    A substantial branch came down on the portion of Helderberg that leads to Ramsey during the winds we had last night, and I was wondering if this is something the City might be able to come out and take care of? Otherwise I'll try to take care it myself, but think this might be on City property - there are remnants of branches from last year when crews were working on lines back there too, I did post that on See Click Fix but it hasn't been attended to yet.

    This garbage can and recycling bin were in the street most of the day yesterday after trash pickup was done - not sure who it belongs to, 44 Pinewood has two rental units, but not certain it's there's - I know it's not mine lol (I own the house at 46 Pinewood)

    Just wanted to make sure this portion of Helderberg Ave was on the City of Albany’s radar, as it sometimes forgotten - this portion of Helderberg leading from Pinewood to Ramsey needs to be plowed, please.

    We usually have problems at least once each Winter getting the City to plow/salt the stretch of Helderberg between Ramsey and Pinewood Ave. This stretch has heavy foot traffic and is owned by the City. Could you please send folks out to finish the job of clearing this stretch? A plw started and then stopped yesterday - thank you very much!!

    The section of Helderberg that leads from Pinewood Ave to Ramsey Pl needs to be repaved - it is heavily traveled with neighborhood foot and bike traffic, and its current condition is not conducive to good public safety .
    Would be great to have this fixed before the winter months if possible!

    46 Pinewood Avenue Albany New York - Helderberg
    There is a maple tree that is starting to grow very large, adjacent to and situated at the base of a Utility pole and a light pole. I believe if not removed, this growing tree will interfere with both of these poles and the wires above. This is in front of my home, right next to the street and curbside at the corner of Pinewood and Helderberg. I believe this tree is on City property, and should be taken care of by the City. Thanks!

    A large garage which is adjacent to a very well-traveled portion of Helderberg Ave. has been in danger of collapse for at least six months now. It is located in the rear of 50 Pinewood Ave., and is part of that property. The landlord, who resides elsewhere in Albany but rents out this two family structure, has been made aware, but seems to not want to do anything about this. The Albany police have been notified, and their attempts to tell Code Enforcement about this have been met with silence so far. Hoping posting here will spur the City to action, as this is a public safety issue, and small children live right next to this dangerous structure, and many people walk their pets near here.
    The landlord moved a large trailer in front of the collapsing garage about a month ago, maybe to supposedly block the structure from the public, but the danger from this very badly damaged and dangerous structure still remains.
