Storm drainage from North Wellington goes underground between 148 and 152 North Wellington and opens into a ditch in the backyard of 403 Carrington Circle. Ditch flows behind 403, 407 and 411 Carrington Circe. Ditch portion behind 407 Carrington Circle is clogged with tree and other debris causing drainage to back up onto each side of ditch at 403 Carrington Circle, with stagnant water and mosquitoes. Ditch behind 403 Carrington Circle needs to be dug out and deepened once the drainage issue is fixed, as it has become filled in from the lack of water flow. I'll be glad to meet someone at the property.
