Caller said that his lot abuts Centennial Lane and there are a line of trees that need maintenance attention.

During previous storms trees have come down in the circle on the street. The County owns the street but we are not sure about the circle. RESD thought it best if someone from Highways took a look.

Nancy Schickner called and said there are two tiers of ground in the back of her house. On one of these grounds there is a tree that fell over into another tree. She is afraid that during another storm the tree will fall on her property. Land Agent researched Liber/Folio 2012/343. Land Agent said to call Chris Lentz.

Resident lives at 5421 Weatherside Run. She pulled tree branches from the road/sidewalk onto her property so that no one ran over them or tripped and got hurt. RESD Land Agent provided recorded road deed 523/183. Agreement 523/179

Trees fell that are blocking the drainage swale behind his house. He would like County to clear the swale. Real Services researched and there is a drainage easement at that location

THERE IS A TREE THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN. SOMEONE FROM NATURAL RESOURCES CAME TO LOOK AND SAID TO CALL RESD. AGENT RESEARCHED AND THE COUNTY HAS A TREE MAINTENANCE EASEMENT.

A tree is located in the front yard near the street and the tree is dead. Caller wants to know who owns the tree. The RESD Land Agent cannot determine if it is on his property or within County right-of-way. Advised owner of this.

Caller wants to know if trees are in ROW because they need trimming..

There were four trees near this property which Ms. Redding had placed, as she was told to do so. Property is located as you go down Rt. 175 past Walmart before Hermann Drive. The property management took down the four healthy trees and Ms. Redding is worried she will have to put in new trees. She wants to determine ownership.

If you are standing in the street looking at his house - on the right hand side between his house and the neighbors a large tree fell next to the neighbors driveway. There is a slight sliver of land between his house and the neighbors. Not sure who owns the tree.

There is a tree on her property near a fire hydrant that is leaning. She's not sure if it's on her property or the County ROW. Katherine Simmons of RESD asked that Highways check this out.

Ms. Hawkins was asking who owned the woods behind her property. There are down trees and debris in these woods. She believed these woods were owned by the County and that the County may want to come take a look. Upon review, I have determined that the County does not own this property. The property is owned by the Heritage Woods Association, Inc. which I believe is an HOA. This entity is not in good standing. The HOA should have a resident agent who lives in the area. That may be her next course of action.

ON THE SIDE OF HER DRIVEWAY THAT ARE TREES THAT SHE BELIEVES BELONG TO THE COUNTY AND ONE TREE IS SUFFERING FROM A DISEASE. TOM KABLE OF RESD HAS RESEARCHED AND THE COUNTY OWNS THE TREES.

There is a sign down at the Howard Building as you enter in off Rogers Avenue. The sign is laying on the right hand side on the ground before you get to the Police Department. The sign says no parking fire lane. It has been down for about a month. I'm not even sure where the sign belongs just saw it laying on the ground
