Tree is overhanging into roadway and brushes the roof of any pickup or large SUV

unregistered vehicle and junk trailer, not owned by the residents of the house where parked

Broken down unregistered black mustang, been sitting with blocks behind the tires for months. No tag! Green Chevy parked out front also doesn't run.

Piled up smelly garbage due to no garbage service

Owner bought a new car and it was quiet running when purchased, it has since been altered and is extremely loud, they sit in it letting it run and also leave at all times of night waking up everyone in neighboring homes.

This home is always full of garbage that continues into the backyard, they do not have garbage service so it piles up and this continues into backyard and now there are junky pallets in the front yard. Please make them clean this up, its beyond disgusting. Also the vehicle that is stashed on side of house when there is a 2 car driveway.

Mattresses piled up put front of this house, grass not cut, trees in side yard are dying and falling on my new fence and boat, have already contacted the property management company, Invitation Homes, and nothing has been resolved.....please help.

The pool water is completely black and is breeding mosquitoes and our kids are getting ate up in our yard because of this

Excessive vehicles parked on both sides of the street from the corner of E Orangeside going back quite a ways on Groveland Rd, They park right on the corner on both sides and rarely move the vehicles. One is Black Ford Truck w/ a very large boat attached, which then makes it hard for us to park in front of our house, he doesn't even live on Groveland Rd, he lives on Orangeside, then on the "stop sign" side of the street there are always vehicles from the stop sign back along with another boat.

Over grown grass / rental property / 2nd offense with these tennants
