    A low hanging phone line was clipped by a passing truck, or possible chewed apart by a squirrel. The line has been hanging laying across my property for weeks. The other end is currently tied to a street sign. I have contacted and opened work orders with every service provider in the area, but my issues is yet to be resolved.
